So Valentine's Day is in a little less than a week, so we decided we'd so a little Valentine's Day baking! Thanks to Mrs. Ryan for picking us up some super cute Valentine's day cookie molds! These cookies are absolutely amazing. They were super soft and chewy with lots of ooey-gooey chocolate inside. It is a must try cookie recipe!

What you will need:
- 1 Cup of Soften Butter
- 1 Cup of White Sugar
- 1 Cup of Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbs of Vanilla Extract
- 3 Cups of All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp of Baking Soda
- 2 tsp of Hot Water
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 2 Cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt.
- Stir in flour
- Add chocolate chips
- Bake for 10 minutes (or until edges are lightly brown)
